From the Dooars to your cup

Every pack begins in the tea gardens of North Bengal, at the foot of the Himalayas.

Grown in the Dooars

Tea bushes thrive in the rain and rich soil of the Himalayan foothills.

Crafted two ways

Crushed and curled for strong CTC, or rolled whole for aromatic Orthodox.

Packed and sealed

Sealed under the BAMBI and BIKRAM labels to keep the flavour in.

Brewed by you

A strong chai to start the day, or a light cup to slow down in the evening.

CTC or Orthodox?

Both are real tea. They differ in how the leaf is processed, and that changes the cup.

CTC tea

Leaves are crushed, torn and curled into small granules. It brews fast and strong with a deep colour, which is why it is the favourite for tea with milk and sugar.

Orthodox tea

Leaves are rolled and left whole or in large pieces. The cup is lighter and more aromatic, and it is best enjoyed without milk, or with just a little.
